For me, it must be chocolate, in any form... Be it as chocolate bar, hot chocolate, chocolate milk, chocolate fudge, etc. Lately, it is chocolate milk shake. I gotta have (large) one or two each weekend.

Chocolate. If I get my hands on it, I just can't stop. The melting, sweetness in my mouth... just too good.

During the week, at least once for lunch, I like to go to Eatzi's and have the lemon chicken salad which comes with cranberries and pistachios and spring lettuce. From a regularly grocery store dairy aisle, I love those little (or larger!) containers of Kozi Rice pudding. In frozen foods, it's Amy's Organic Palaak Paneer (spinach and cheese and Indian spices). I crave a weekly visit to my favorite Japanese restaurant for their Sashimi - besides fish (like salmon, tuna, whitefish) it has apples and avocados and a variety of lettuce. Alternatively, I'll go to a favorite Chinese restaurant for lemon scallops with brown rice and wok-seared mushrooms.

why is it that we as humans respond to these things as compared to proteins and potassium for example on a biological level. personally i get odd cravings for red meat and salt from time to time.

Skim "cows" Milk: straight from the fridge. I can have it with cereal, cookies, apple pie, Italian Food....I need to have it with every dinner. I rtied the soy sstuff and it is too sweet. I also tried other non-dairy products they all tasted "off".
So for me, pour me a cool glass of MILK, please.

Very good dark chocolate - or a Snickers - combined with a vibrant Fiesta (color adds pleasure) bowl filled with Ruffles and a fine snifter of Cabernet Sauvignon. Aaaahh...

Even that I`am kwnoledge aware of the damage softs drinks cause to health, Coca-Cola Classic keeps me alive like water does to any person, maybe do to the fact that since from a very young age I started to drink it, so know as an adult it is very hard for me to stop, although I`ve tried for different reasons at different ages but the maximum period of time without it is 1 month because my mood just changes immediately.

My drug of choice is Starbucks's Caramel Frappuccinos. I dream about them on the way to work and try to work my lunch schedule around a visit to the local Starbucks. They are mostly caramel, sugar, and a whole lotta lovely whipped cream.
