My dear sister Tat,

Eloquence and erudition is not the sole province of the righteous, unfortunately, as you and your ilk, are clear evidence, the more grotesque one's extremism, the more likely it is that they will be able to individually or collectively be able to endeavour to cloak hate speech in political or historical context or misinformation.

The veracity of your individual experience can neither be confirmed nor dismissed due to the anonymity of the internet, and in light of you and your counterparts' (and opponents') proclivities to make extremist allegations and charges without any factual, academic, objective, or independent references or evidence.

There is no common ground for individuals such as you, my sister, Tat, and your ilk, nor your opponents) and the overwhelming majority of good, decent, law abiding, and peace loving people, not simply in Lebanon, or the middle east, but indeed the entire world. Extremists by definition are a minority, an abrogation of societal evolution, and whenever they have taken hold whether it was in Germany in 1939 or indeed, in the Middle East throughout my lifetime, there has been nothing but death, destruction, and victimization of the innocent.

Discourse with individuals such as you, my dear sister, Tat, is about as effective as an anti-war protestor, would have been in the administration of Adolph Hitler's Nazi Germany or the "Freedom Fry" administration of President GW Bush's America, it is a fool's errand.

I wish you a life of peace and happiness.

God Bless.

Dear MFM,

I may be rude, but not a minority or misinformed. I am living on the streets of Beirut and have seen and experienced the rubbish Hezbollah are trying to pull all the time.

Nasrallah does not try to ruin the country by creating wars and attacking the Lebanese natives because he is so patriotic and loves his country. He does it for power and backing of Iran to destroy Israel. he talks of hate and killing everyone not just jews but christians (previous speeches of his he stated clearly about kicking out the christians of Byblos).

Your talk of peace is great and you are such an eloquent writer, however the fact remains Hezbollah do not want peace. They are setting their target on Israel at the expense of Lebanon. The Syrians are also having a field day with Lebanon by creating problems and then pretending to be the only source that can fix the problems and move back in and take over the country.

If you think that Hezbollah do not sneak around and kill people in the night you are mistaken. Hezbollah went in the middle of the night to the Drews Village and attacked it. If you think I am misinformed please check CNN's article.

Mo Jo said in an earlier post that he is a product of his environment. He has been living with people and groups threatening his life and the life of his family, that is all he is ever known. I'm not surprised he is angry at comments that come from people like Rana. Hell I'm angry.

People who defend and back terrorist organizations have blood on their hands. It is just as bad as sending money and going out with a bomb strapped to your body it's the same as pulling the trigger. What will happen if Hezbollah destroy Israel? Which country do you think they will come after next? Your neighbor and then you.

I want peace for Lebanon, so do the majority of the Lebanese. If you believe what I am saying is the thoughts of the minority of the Lebanese people then you are misguided. Put a stop to Hezbollah and then we can all go on with our lives. People will always have their opinions and John Stewart will always roll his eyes (though I have not seen the particular programme you are refering to) they are not living on the streets of Beirut and experiencing what Mo Jo and I are, and I have only experienced a small bit by comparisson to Mo Jo. I will make sure I tell everyone I know in the West the truth of what is happening here.

God bless

My dear brother or sister Tat,

In future, please take the time to read and fully incoporate an entire comment before posting support and adherence - and attempting to co-opt it for your own extremist ends - you are one of the people to whom I refer when I stated,

"Just like in every church, mosque, synagogue, temple, or secular gathering place, one has a tiny minority, or single individual who is known to be outlandishly misinformed, extremist, ignorant, rude, racist, mysognist, xenaphophic, or in any other way anti-thetical to the brotherhood of all mankind; the majority, rather than utilizing the tactics of force, or ignorance that would have little effect in correcting the aforementioned individual(s) dysfuntion, simply separates themselves and collectively rolls their eyes (as per John Stewart - Daily Show), and gets back to the real world."

Dear MFM

I agree with you. Peace would be great. If Nasrallah disarms then we could see how much Hezbollah really want peace. The rest of the Lebanese people have had to defend themselves from sneaking murderes in the night. Please send your email to him. Ask Rana I'm sure she has his email address.

All my best to you.
God Bless

Given the reality of the multi-faith pro-active and positive reaction to the situation within Lebanon and throughout the middle-east at present, one would be clearly misled by reading the last week of postings by the handful of ill-informed, extremist, and beligerant individuals to the CNN blog that indeed there was no hope or brotherhood on the hoizon in Lebanon or anywhere else in the middle-east or world.

That would be a wholly incorrect assumption.

Just like in every church, mosque, synagogue, temple, or secular gathering place, one has a tiny minority, or single individual who is known to be outlandishly misinformed, extremist, ignorant, rude, racist, mysognist, xenaphophic, or in any other way anti-thetical to the brotherhood of all mankind; the majority, rather than utilizing the tactics of force, or ignorance that would have little effect in correcting the aforementioned individual(s) dysfuntion, simply separates themselves and collectively rolls their eyes (as per John Stewart - Daily Show), and gets back to the real world.

In the real world, the majority of good peoples throughout the middle east Christians, Jews, Muslims, and all others, are seeing that the extremists and the political as well as economic elites have been benefiting for generations from the bloody discord of the citizenry that has been based upon the control and bastardization of everything from religious to political doctrines and principles.

It is very simple, the common people of the middle east, have seen that now, the reality is starting to sink in to the Saudi elites and their bretheren that their precious oil will be running out, and that the Arab, Israeli ,American, Chinese, Russian, and other infrastructure, medical, and arms brokers have realized that the global citizenry is growing tired of filling the ranks of armies with their young simply to see no progress and an endless list of dead, dismembered, and maimed, citizens and civillians of all races and religions.

Time for peace people, no more hate, no more war, no more profit motive.

End game.

God Bless.
