LONDON, England – The front page headline of Britain’s Sun newspaper tells the story: "Mucca chucks a cuppa water over Macca’s lawyer Shacka."

For those who don’t speak British tabloid, here’s the translation: "Heather Mills throws a glass of water over Paul McCartney’s lawyer Fiona Shackleton."

She what? She couldn’t have. Surely not.

But the pictures are compelling.

On Monday morning Fiona Shackleton arrives at London’s Royal Courts of justice with Paul McCartney. Her hair styled in its usual impressive bouffant.

Then just a few hours later she leaves with Paul McCartney, looking like she’d just taken a shower, with her clothes on.

British newspapers quote unnamed witnesses who claim Heather Mills coolly and deliberately emptied a glass over her ex-husband’s lawyer.

If true, it’s a moment of drama and comedy that provides a fitting climax to this bitter, ugly and often ridiculous celebrity breakup.

Outside the court Mills didn’t hide her loathing for Shackleton. While attacking much of the legal process that led to her being awarded more than 48 million dollars, Mills said: “Fiona Shackleton has very sadly, handled this case in the worst manner you can ever, ever imagine. She has called me many, many names before even meeting me when I was in a wheelchair.”

Shackleton is known in London’s legal community as the Steel Magnolia. She’s famous because her clients are. She represented Prince Charles in his divorce from Diana.

The before-and-after images from the McCartney settlement show another interesting difference in Fiona Shackleton’s appearance. Despite her unwanted makeover she looks happy when leaving the court.

Is she pleased with the judgement? Or does she really like her new look? It’s possible. One British media outlet noted the slicked back do has taken 20 years off her appearance.

I wouldn't doubt her(Mills) ever doing that. In anycase, the world have given up on her ever changing.

I only wish Shackleton could press a charge against her.

Melissa   March 18th, 2008 1442 GMT

Heather Mills is a gold digger. She got more than she deserved. I wish my ex husband had been rich enough to provide me with $48.6 million settlement and $70,000 a year in child support. Instead after almost 10 years of marriage (compaired to her 4) all I got was half the bills he left and a mere $420 a month in child support. She is an ungrateful little snot who will poison that little girl against her father. You wait and see.

Brandi B   March 18th, 2008 1530 GMT

Heather Mills had a plan from the beginning of the relationship. She played McCartney like a fiddle, her plan was to divorce him all along, and use his money to support her cause/charities.
She is a gold digger with no class, who uses people to her advantage, and plays the role of a victim very well.
It is just sad that there is a little girl involved now, which I'm sure was part of her overall plan.

Emma   March 18th, 2008 1535 GMT

At best she should have received £1 million for each year of the marriage.
Paul McCartney has shown patience and dignity throughout this messy divorce. Whilst she seems hysterical most of the time.
Now that he is free of her I hope he will find some happiness....

Lizzy   March 18th, 2008 1547 GMT

Melissa is right... Heather Mills will probably do everything she can to make that little girl dislike her father. (Gee, then Heather can keep any money she might have spent on plane fare for Beatrice to visit her Dad.)
My guess is Paul hasn't heard the last of this witch. I can see her pulling all kinds of cr– just to turn the knife in Paul's back. I can't believe this judge didn't just tell her she gets a set amount of alimony for the exact same amount of time she was married, and then it stops. Give the kiddo child support, but give Heather the boot (and not the car kind).

Scarlett   March 18th, 2008 1551 GMT

I am surprised that Heather Mills was not jailed for contempt of court. Behavior like that is punishable. It shows a willful disregard for the sanctity of the courtroom.

Suzanne Bertrand   March 18th, 2008 1604 GMT

What a looser....using her daughter like that....

Women like her make iother women look bad. I can honestly say she is an embarrassment to all women.

Get a job loose

Christopher   March 18th, 2008 1609 GMT

While I will not comment on the settlement amount (because honestly, who cares) but Paul's lawyer is much more striking 'post baptism'. I think Mills may have actually taken what was otherwise a boring divorce ceremony and produced a suprisingly attractive woman, a satisfied client and yet another wealthy, bitter ex-wife.

dennis   March 18th, 2008 1612 GMT

I never thought I would live to see the day when another woman would replace Yoko Ono in being "most hated". What a maroon !

Princess Di – she ain't !

Still.....................Heather.....................................call me.

GRANNY   March 18th, 2008 1616 GMT

wHY IN THE HELL DID HE MARRY THAT GOLD DIGGER?

Tom   March 18th, 2008 1620 GMT

I don't care too much for money. Money can't buy me love.

Donna   March 18th, 2008 1623 GMT

Mills really showed her daughter how to deal with lawyers. When you do not like them you assult them. How mature! to think the judge was not impressed with her, I wounder why? good for Paul for divorcing the class less lady.

Donna   March 18th, 2008 1627 GMT

Right on Melissa. When I read the article, I almost laughed out loud and cried at the same time. Of course I realize that we are talking about two totally and completely different lifestyles, i.e., extraordinarily wealthy (over-paid entertainers, movie stars, athletes, etc.) and middle, middle class (those of us to go to regular jobs paying regular wages, five days a week, etc.), but her words about the settlement (oh pitiful, pitful rich woman) that the would secure her and her daugher's future made me laugh out loud. Secure the daughter's future, OK, her's – get a real job Heather. HA! I cannot even fathom that kind of money. But of course she is so accustomed to and expects that kind of money and lifestyle that it takes big bucks to keep her at that level. Quit the whining and the bitterness, please. No sympathy from me. I just hope that Paul McCartney will be more discerning if he marries again. Heather Mills has lived and will continue to live a whole lot higher-on-the-hog than many, many, many people. End of story. Don't care to hear any more from her.

adam russell   March 18th, 2008 1630 GMT

I think this shows how even brilliant people can make horrible mistakes.

Steve   March 18th, 2008 1649 GMT

Maybe now, with all that money, she'll come to the states and visit a dentist ... guess as a former model she was paid not to smile.

Jane   March 18th, 2008 1650 GMT

How can she lie to a judge in court and get away with it? Isn't perjury an offense? She should be punished for that.

Will Tallahassee FL   March 18th, 2008 1654 GMT

Poor Paul! I am sure at this stage in his life this is not what he wanted to go through. In some cases, there is a clear case where a husband needed to pay, but this one is not the case.
Heather Mills is now looking like a gold digger. At one time she came across as a humanitarian, perhaps even a hero. That image is now gone, along with a stash of Pauls money. I am sure having her gone is worth every penny to Paul.

Mrs Robinson   March 18th, 2008 1657 GMT

Paul, Paul, Paul...please tell us you have learned something from all this mess? I think everyone saw through the gold digger from the beginning. Stick with American women Paul, they suit you better!
Rock on Buddy...

Carole Clarke   March 18th, 2008 1658 GMT

Did anyone see Fiona pluck a bit of whatever off the back of Sir Paul's collar as they walked down the stairs to the limo? Very intimate gesture that. Hmmnnn.

Just hope the little girl isn't damaged by her parents immature goings-on. It takes two to make a marriage and to destroy one – he is 25 years older than her, an entire generation. It takes alot extra to overcome that. With a 50% divorce rate, it seems like we are going into marriage with unreal expectations and not enough friendship and common sense.

BARACKHUSSEINOBSAMA   March 18th, 2008 1659 GMT

Heather is a great woman. While Paul was a genious and worked his whole life, she just worked for 4 years. And i bet she liked the work too. Nothing wrong with it, good sex for money. Its not a big loss for him, hes the gold digger keeping billion dollars up his ass instead of helping dying people in the world. For her, she is a charity woman and women always deserve more- this coming from a guy. And yeah- dont vote for Barack Obsama.

Robyn   March 18th, 2008 1706 GMT

How does she cry "i'm not a gold-digger" Pleasssssssssse. Heather wanted 251 million. Oh no that doesn't scream " GOLD DIGGER" Oh yeah your right Heather. A user and a loser. I feel sorry for there daughter. Your right Heather will turn that little girl against her dad. oh how sad. I say $2 million a yr for every yr that the were married. What a bad, oh and i do mean bad ,actress she has become. Oh yeah real mature with the h2o. Grow up. Please stay in England!!

Eric   March 18th, 2008 1706 GMT

You know what I'd like to see? I'd like to see her marry some male gold-digger and have the same thing done to her. That would be poetic justice.

McKenzie   March 18th, 2008 1707 GMT

I agree with Christopher – she went from looking somewhat frightening (perhaps useful in court) to a rather attractive woman in the post-drenching picture. Maybe Paul should abandon the young, crazy, gold-diggers and make a move on Fiona; I think they make a nice-looking couple.

Stephanie   March 18th, 2008 1709 GMT

Heather Mills is a gold digging wench. She knew exactly what she was doing when she married Paul. Linda and Paul- that was true love. It's so sad she passed on because they had a beautiful relationship.

Glennis   March 18th, 2008 1712 GMT

This shrill, ranting lunatic is nothing more than a gold digger who cares for nothing but herself. I think the daughter would have been better off living full time with her father. I can't imagine what this harpie will implant in her mind about him, or anyone or anything else she dislikes! He's well rid of her. I wish I thought we all were, but she's far too self serving to go without attention from the public.

Busta   March 18th, 2008 1714 GMT

Heather would have kicked Paul out of the house
but then she would have fallen over!

Dan   March 18th, 2008 1719 GMT

Paul McCartney has always seen such love and such beauty in so many things. Just listen to any of the lyrics for the past 40 plus years. It is precisely this reason that makes us all and always fans. He must have seen something in her that was worthwhile but, alas, missed something that, really only now, seems all too obvious. From my standpoint, I'm glad he's out from under what must have been an absolute nightmare. It is so unfortunate that he didn't find the happiness he had sought, but I'm sure he will not stop looking. If I could speak to him I would say : I'm sorry this has happened to you, Paul. Very best of luck for your future, and thank you so much – From a very good fan.

I have to agree about Ms. Shackleton post dousing. Her new hairstyle (or maybe it's just the photo?) is remarkably flattering.

The best revenge for the insult proffered by Heather Mills would be for Ms. Shackleton to begin wearing her hair in a sleeker style and give credit to Ms. Mills.

Valerie   March 18th, 2008 1724 GMT

Poor Loving and Trusting Paul. Love is Blind – and he certainly was in love. He trusted, because he thought she was as trusting and honest and sweet as he is! I think he thought also, that he'd fouind another Linda again. Boy, Heather couldn't have been more opposite than Linda. She was loving and kind and MATURE! We love you Paul!
All of life's best to you from now on.

Mike Q   March 18th, 2008 1727 GMT

What a not nice person she is. She tried to extort money for no existent mortgages – made no charitable contributions other than to herslef with money that he gave her...

Christopher Torpey   March 18th, 2008 1727 GMT

I haven't read one positive comment about Heather Mills, ever. Could it be that she is most unwelcome in the United States?
The name Paul, on its own, is immediately associated with McCartney: worldwide. And the warm feelings that all living generations, worldwide, feel for what he has contributed won't be besmirched by this unusual woman.
She was awarded a fine amount of money, and she may need it. It's doubtful that anyone would dare let her get near the pot again.
If you read this, Heather, remember that charity begins at home.

One of the saddest yet most humorous aspects of all of this is that, in making her statement yesterday, Ms Mills genuinely feels she has the support and understanding of the public. The fact is she is one of the most disliked and unrespected people in public life and rightly so.

Helen   March 18th, 2008 1809 GMT

FRom the word GO, I new that woman was evil. What a shameless
woman. Refusing for the transcript to be released, l knew instantly she has something to hide. Now it's clear...... She's actually cheating everyone including the so-called Charity Organisations, she claimed to have been involved with. What a miserable old cow. Shame on you.
MUCCA HEATHER FORMER CALL GIRL OR WHATEVER MILLS.

Kuku Chhada   March 18th, 2008 1812 GMT

Mills is just a gold digger, and to me she has too much apetite for money and fame, she is trying to say me and child, she thinks Paul does not think of that child too, of course she will travel first class when the child is with her dad, not pay first class for her and the child, she will have to pay the bills if she wants to be with the child first class herself

Lisa   March 18th, 2008 1814 GMT

Heather Mills is, was, and will always be a gold-digging you know what. With that being said, I think the money that Sir Paul doesn't ave to shell out to her will go to pay the lawyers fee, which will in turn go to a hair stylist. Seriously, the dry versus the wet photo, at least 20 years younger in the latter. Girl, you won for SIr Paul and the world...it's time to treat yourself.

Todd   March 18th, 2008 1816 GMT

The woman has a very shady past – High price call girl ?
McCartney should have had her checked out before he dived in. But he is not the type. I think we have heard the last of this parasite. After her Dancing with the stars, its all down hill for this no-talent gold digger. This lowlife, outrageously alleged that Sir Paul used to beat up his first wife Linda – after she made that comment, I new he was dealing with a cold hearted, trashy woman. She go her money – now she will be a outcast all her life...

Michael   March 18th, 2008 1823 GMT

Heather certainly doesn't seem have many friends. Could it be she brought that on herself? Paul seems like a stand-up kinda guy....but of course you never know what happens behind closed doors. However, it does look like she played him like a violin.

Linda D   March 18th, 2008 1838 GMT

I do feel sorry for Paul and his current marital woes, but look, he dated this woman for several years before he married her. Don't tell me in that amount of time he didn't see this side of her. From what I've read of her, it sounds like she has always been a strong, willful woman that probably will go to no end to get what she wants. I'm sure she was nothing like the person he was married to for 30 years, so why would he even consider her a good marriage partner? He should have been thinking with the HEAD on his shoulders. Hopefully if he goes down the marriage path again, he will find someone that has some of Linda's qualities and not this witch...

Suzanne   March 18th, 2008 1844 GMT

The 'after' look is certainly a massive improvement over the 'before' look!! More water please!!

Bee   March 18th, 2008 1845 GMT

Steady, steady, why is Paul McCarney's desire to have arm candy in any way better than Heather Mills need for financial compensation?
They both got exactly what they wanted. The woman should no more be a hate figure than McCartney.

Victoria   March 18th, 2008 1847 GMT

It may have been the best thing. Pauls lawyer looks younger, not so hardnosed (although I'm that look comes in handy with her profession) but much warmer and femine with the new style and Heather's true color and demeanor was shown for all too see.

Juliet   March 18th, 2008 1849 GMT

Have you read her book? Her personality says it all.. Married many times, abortion/miscarriage from 2nd husband whatever she claim it is, dysfunctional family, ran away at early age, dishonored her parents and accused them of abusing her? stealing, homeless living under a bridge and so on and so forth...

If she is going to poison her daughter's mind, wait until Little B is old enough to understand what she is going on and what she is doing. Her daughter will do the same thing like what she did with her mother.... disown her...........you wait.

Juliet   March 18th, 2008 1851 GMT

SHAME On HEATHER MILLS... It shows her unprofessionalism! No wonder, the whole world is agaisnt her!

dr. hundesterber   March 18th, 2008 1903 GMT

She is worried the little girl won't be able to travel first class.

I don't know of a first class ticket that can't be bought with the 24.3 million pounds.

And as for Paul. I guess what he can say: good riddance.

Brian   March 18th, 2008 1924 GMT

What do you expect from a loose living woman like her; she doesn't have the morals of an alley cat! but you know what comes around goes around.Heather Mills must remember this day; there will be a time, through her own doing that she will return to the gutter; but then that is where she belongs– vitriolic am I not!!; but then i despise the behaviour she displayed to exploit a naive love sick basically good indiviudal such as Paul; but then he is a big boy and he must take responsibility for his own naietivity and the consequences thereof. But the biggest tragedy is that a little girl is now going to be socialized and raised by a moral deprivate!

Leonie   March 18th, 2008 1925 GMT

There is a saying that goes like this" Love is blind." certainly Paul was blind when he fell in love with Heather, She appeared like a sheep but she was a wolf in sheep clothing.

Heather never wanted the public to know what went on in court, but the judge exposed her for what she is . A GOLD DIGGER.

Alex   March 18th, 2008 1936 GMT

The judge’s comment clearly shows that Mills is not trustworthy woman. This woman trapped the guy just for his money. She does not have an ounce of love in her blood. Good thing he got out of it safe and sound. Sooner or later she will realize that money is not everything. Paul has proven that he is a gentleman by standing by the side of his wife until death separate them. Now she has all the money she needs I doubt if she will ever have a true man. The sad thing is she will turn his daughter against him but when she grows up and finds out what kind of sob she is Mills will once again be humiliated by her own daughter.

West Coast USA   March 18th, 2008 1936 GMT

I feel so bad for Paul. I still believe he was still hurting from Linda's death at the time but like most men, are vulnerable to any moderately pretty female that will turn on the charm to get what they want - as was the case of Goldigger Mills - a completely low-class act to the very end.
Paul has always handled himself with dignity, poise, and taking the high road so this HAS to be incredibly embarrassing and humiliating to have this loud-mouth, whiney bitch air the worst things (most likely lies) about their private life to garner sympathy - but is backfiring. But now that she's gloating about the undeserved $$, she really doesn't care anyway.
The tragedy of it all? He now shares a child with this whore, and we all know how much he loves children. Here's hoping their daughter can get through this and eventually live with her much kinder, and wiser father.

Walker Moore   March 18th, 2008 1943 GMT

Well... they say a woman sleeping with a man for money sets feminism back twenty years, but I'd say Heather has set a new benchmark here. She is an embarrassment to her gender.

Greg   March 18th, 2008 1949 GMT

She is one horrible person. I read through the agreement and her claims against Paul and her stated 'needs' of 125 million pounds are simply ridiculous. It's incredible that she can get away with making those claims. As for her life supposedly being ruined by the media, I have first hand experience with someone who is adept at turning a situation around so that they try to avoid the responsibility for their own bad behavior. As the judge says, she has perpetuated a significant amount of the interest and ridicule in her by herself. She, of course, would always argue that she's the victim, but it's obvious that she is not the poor little innocent that she claims to be.

She does good work by her charity, but note that she's only dedicated to people who have already been hurt like she was – she's not at all willing to help people who are actually brave enough to stand up to her own self-righteous, self-important, trite personality.

All in all I feel sorry for Beatrice and Paul that they have to have this person in their life from here onwards. I guarantee you that there will be other, more ridiculous claims by her on his self-earned fortune in the future and that this isn't, and won't be over. I hope that Paul has the strength of character to live through this and realize that he is taking the higher path and should continue to do so.

Kelly   March 18th, 2008 2003 GMT

Yes!!! The doo looks a lot better soaked down then that Camilla style she is usually sporting!!! I hope the attorney keeps this look....and sues the hell out of Mills!

Joe   March 18th, 2008 2032 GMT

Myself, having escaped a relationship with an abuser who claimed abuse, and a perpetual victim who accepted no responsibility for her actions and choices, it was easy for me to see these same behavIours reflected in Lady Mills' own testimony (as summarized in the 58-page judgement...very interesting reading).

I don't doubt that Mills is capable of dousing her opposing attorney with a water glass. While she may in fact be dedicated to charitable causes and be a "kindly person," as the judge wrote, clearly she is prone to exaggeration and drama that distort her sense of reality and appear to be beyond her control. Such was the case with my former partner. Good heart. Kindly nature. But something was broken inside.

On the other hand, it could have been the counsel's colleagues dousing her with champagne to celebrate the favourable judgement. Who knows?

In any case, I can only wish Sir Paul the peace and happiness I have since found in an equitable, two-way, loving relationship. Problem is, when you're up there in that economic stratosphere, it must be hard to find "peers."

Roberto   March 18th, 2008 2141 GMT

Paul, this divorce cost you a leg....right header?

Jeff   March 18th, 2008 2153 GMT

Yeah Heather,

Can't buy me love this time huh? Well, you have treally shown your true colours to the world.

Well, now you can just fly away (or hop) like a feather with the money from the settlement. By the way, you would have obtained a much higher settlement if you treated the court, Mr McCartney and your daughter with much more respect.

You will go down in history as being a "Case Example" of a terrible person.

I hope your daughter does not develop any of your nastiness and horrid behavior.

jon B   March 18th, 2008 2202 GMT

What a horrible woman Mills has proved herself to be. If you ever saw the documentary called "The Real Mrs McCartney" it was obvious how this would work out. But of course, she managed to persuade Paul not to watch it!

His kids couldn't stand her from the word go. Love really must be blind.

Jim   March 18th, 2008 2302 GMT

What a loser that Heather Mills is. She is so lucky she was awarded $50 million. The judge could have awarded her a million for every year they were together and told her to go visit one of her Sultan boyfriends.

Well, now that all of this mess is finally over, let's get to some real business–like when is Paul going on tour! I want to see Paul perform one last time. He isn't getting any younger and I bet he still has one more good (voice) tour in him.

Mills is a calculating and manipulative woman. No wonder no-one likes her. She has neither class, nor dignity although. It is a shame to listen to her post-court-room deliberation in front of the journos, particularly, referring to Paul's cruelty! Get a grip, according to the published ruling, she and her family continuously was milking Sir Paul....
She should keep her big mouth shut and just walk away!

amil zitrate   March 19th, 2008 1043 GMT

Heather Mills couldn't care less what anyone says about her; she set out a game plan, married the guy and in the end, she got what she set out to get at the very beginning – MONEY. When she acts pathetic, it's just that: PATHETIC. But really – why do any of us care? Don't we have our own lives to live?

Keith   March 19th, 2008 1247 GMT

Heather Mills has actually admitted on BBC news that she had poured a jug of water over Fiona Shackleton. I think that sums up the kind of woman she is; bitter, twisted and thoroughly lacking the class and dignity of Linda, Paul's real love of his life.

Beetle's Fan   March 19th, 2008 1355 GMT

Well, we all see eye to eye on Heather Mills. Personally, she doesn't deserve a penny of Sir Paul's money!

And the person that posted above stating that he could never improve what he had with Linda, you are so correct.

I once read in a magazine that people who deeply love a partner and lose them, try desperately to have that same degree of happiness once again.

There's no doubt in my mind that Paul loved Linda deeply. He often complimented her just before a concert. It's so sad that Linda is gone and he was taken for a horrid ride by Heather Mills.

Just my opinion,
Beetle's Fan

Warren Australia   March 19th, 2008 2112 GMT

Surely there must be someway she could be charged with fraud. With her track record and plenty of witnesses that would testify to her history of using people for her own ends. She has misrepresented herself to him for self gain. That should be seen as fraud and in my own imaginary dictatorship she would be jailed and have to return anything ever recieved from him plus pay back rent for all the time she spent in his house with interest.
As for Paul I can't believe how he could be sucked in by someone so obviously opposite to Linda.

Toni   March 19th, 2008 2311 GMT

I think Paul should devote more time to his music.... perhaps an updated 2008 version of "Can't Buy Me Love" – !

Divorced men everywhere can relate to his situation.....happens all the time....gold digging women vampires.

This is the women that didn't like the media and was the first out the door to stand in the limelight and tell all how pleased she was. I think the judge saw right through her. She sure couldn't produce what was asked for in court to prove her points. I feel for Beatrice. She will grow up and be aware of all this, so Heather you better mend your ways at this point.

I can't believe the amount of bitterness and hatred that most people are displaying towards Heather. None of us are privy to the most intimate details of their marriage, the affect that his kids not accepting her had on their relationship, his grieving over the loss of his wife Linda, etc.

It amazes me how judgemental people are when, in actuallity, most would have made themselves available to Sir Paul in a New York minute.

I don't think that Heather is the vicious woman that is being potrayed. She enjoys charity work, and was fully engaged in it before she met and married Sir Paul.

Additionally, she had become accostomed to a lifestyle of extreme luxury while they were married. The same is true for their daughter.
Considering the fact that she has custody of the daughter, she should be supported by Sir Paul, and should have a reasonably comfortable lifestyle.

I agree that the "watered down" version of Ms. Shackleton makes her look much, much younger, and less stiff. She looked fantastic!
However, what the formerly Mrs. McCartney did was so classless and "street girl" it is hard to imagine how Sir Paul could have been so taken with her. He had such a beautiful long-term marriage to a special woman, and a bevy of loving children to keep him content. What's the deal, Paul? I used to admire Heather Mills because of her charity involvement, and her spirit in dealing with the loss of her leg. But her immense greed, and nasty demeanor since she married Paul has changed all that. Please don't send her to the states. We have too much of that already. Our media here will undoubtedly make her a super star! They LOVE nasty ho's!

...oh, I forgot to mention my purpose for submitting a comment to this post in the first place..... Doesn't throwing water on someone constitute assault? Can't Ms. Shackleton file a lawsuit for assault & battery against Ms. Mills for what she did? And with a courtroom full of witnesses?!! What an idiot! You have to really lose control to assault someone in a courtroom in the presence of a judge and numerous witnesses. If she is so upset with the monetary judgment you would think she would try to keep her greedy little fingers on every pence.

I didn't think she had a leg to stand on....

This woman became ridiculously rich off the labors of Paul McCartney. I saw her clip on tv, and she appeared a buffoon. She will always be labeled as such. And she couldn't even show enough grace to not resort to this type of childish behavior? Justice definately was not done in this case, these types of gross payments to ex spouses is way out of proportion. Heather Mills is nothing short of a spoiled brat.

And why does ANYONE care?????????????

If McCartney were smart he would have stayed single.

Toni,

Chill...only one person made a passing reference to Yoko. No one said anything comparing her to Heather Millstone. But you are right Yoko loved John and protects his legacy to this day. The people who used to blame her for the Beatles' demise realize it was coming on its own. Yoko became John's muse just like Linda was Paul's. Heather represents what is bad in people.

Hahaha......quite right, John.

I guess he should've listened to his children who oppose to the marriage in the first place, eih?!

Heather Mills was starstruck but only with the intensions of getting what she could from Paul McCartney. Since Paul was still grieving from his wife's death Heather mills saw an opportunity and took it.
She will get it in the end. Most likely her leg loss from the accident left her bitter in life and out for blood against anyone who may be vulnerable.
She's redefines the meaning of "Bitch".

I question whether US news sources failry present activities in China. If what was going on in Tibet was say happening in LA , the US would not call it a separatist movement. We need to read international papers to get honest presentations. Although reported in a Chinese publication (Shanghai Daily), international reporting gives no mention of China's arrest of supposed purpatraters (sp) of the arson in Tibet that was the cause of some of the deaths. Western governments are quick to condem China because of its political structure but they also do give mention to their successes. For example, they seem to manage a country with 3 times the population of the US.
